Exploring the green all-rounder
Chlorella is a word deriving from Latin, which means “small, young green”. In fact, there is no plant that contains as much chlorophyll as chlorella, probably making it the deepest green plant in the world. It is also a unique health supplement, since it has a big detox effect and helps strengthen the circulatory and digestive system. On top of that it contains lots of proteins, vitamins and omega 3 – truly making it a remarkable microorganism. You can find Chlorella in any health store nearby or order it from the internet. But beware, you might figure out that it is quite expensive. Still, good groceries and food are always worth the price! Also, to boost your meal you will not need much of the green powder.
If you have managed to get your hands on some green goodies, you might like to try out this recipe for what we call The Tortellini Dream.
