The Seaweed Chameleon

This dish highly resembles green pasta and actually there is not much difference, except for the ingredient: dried seaweed. When dry, the seaweed will have a brown colour, but as soon as it gets in touch with water, it will become green. Now, this algae-pasta might be a strange experience when you first taste it. It is very important to leave it in warm water for a certain amount of time - if it is too short, it might be difficult to chew it. So, watch out for the time!
